Order cancellation

If you’re dissatisfied with your Atlantean Globals purchase, you may qualify for a refund by following the straightforward procedure outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.



Your satisfaction is our first priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time by the supplier (8 days not including 2-5 day processing).
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense, and the item must be unused).


How do I make a return?

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired.

    However, if you ever receive a product or service that doesn't match its description on our website, rest assured that you have the option to return it as outlined in our Terms of Purchase.

    You can make a return by following these steps:


    Here are the steps for requesting a refund on Atlantean Globals:

    1. I. Create an Account:
    2. Visit Atlantean Globals and log in to your account. If you haven’t created an account yet, it will be automatically generated when you make a purchase.
    3. Locate Your Order:
    4. Navigate to the “Your Orders” section on the website.
    5. Find the relevant order for which you want to request a refund.

    III. Initiate the Refund Process:

    1. Click on the “Return/Refund” button next to the order.
    2. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
    3. Choose the reason for the return (e.g., defective product, change of mind, etc.).
    4. If additional information is required based on your reason, provide it.
    5. Click the “Next Step” button to proceed.
    6. Make your final selection and click “Submit.”

     Return and Refund Process from suppliers:

    • If you need to return your item(s), you’ll have the option to choose your preferred return and refund methods.
    • After submitting the return request, our suppliers will process it in the system, allowing you to return the item(s).
    • For your first return on every order, return shipping is free within 30 days from the date of purchase.
      Packaging and Return Label:
        • Place all returned items into one package.
        • Request a return label to send the package back.
        • Ensure that the original barcode for each item is included.

          If You Can’t Find the Barcode:

          • Use transparent bags to individually package items without barcodes before placing them in the return package.
          • Once the warehouse receives the items and they pass quality inspection, a refund will be issued.
          • If you don’t receive the refund afterward, please contact us for further assistance.
          • Remember to keep the barcode of each item for your next purchase to ensure a smooth refund process.

            VII. After placing all the return items in one package, please print and tape the return label we provided onto the outside of the package. Send your package back from the nearest DHL Parcel location and you're done!


            VIII. You can check the refund status of your item(s) on your order details page or through Email/Push notifications.


            Right of withdrawal

            Statutory right

            • You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. This applies to both physical goods and digital content.
            • Let us know if you want to cancel by following the return instructions or using the cancellation form. If you cancel via your Atlantean Globals account, we’ll confirm it quickly.
            • To meet the deadline, send your cancellation request before the 14-day period ends and return the items within 14 days of your request.

              Voluntary Return Guarantee

              Apart from your right to cancel, we also offer a free return for your first return on any order within 90 days of buying it. Please return items as you got them. New items should be unused and undamaged. Used items shouldn’t have any new damage.


              Both the legal right to cancel and our free return guarantee don’t apply to these items, unless they’re faulty:

              • Goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if you’ve unsealed them.
              • Sealed audio, video, or software items if you’ve unsealed them.
              • Custom-made or personalized goods.
              • Goods that can spoil or expire quickly.
              • A service, if Atlantean Globalshas fully provided it and you agreed we could start it and couldn’t cancel once completed.
              • Digital content (like apps, software, ebooks, MP3s) not on a physical medium (like a CD or DVD) if you agreed we could start delivery and couldn’t cancel once started.
              • Newspapers, journals, or magazines, except subscriptions.
              • Alcoholic drinks priced at contract conclusion, deliverable after 30 days, and subject to market price changes.


                What’s the return deadline?

                If you can return an item for a refund, you have 90 days from the purchase date to do so. After submitting your return request, you must send the item back within 14 days. Returns aren’t accepted after the 90-day period from the purchase date.



                We’ll refund returned items once we receive them, and they pass our quality check.

                1. For missing items, go to the support center, find the order, select “missing item/parts” to apply for a refund, or contact customer service for help.

                III. If a package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, find the order in the support center, select “package shows delivered but not received” to apply for a refund, or contact customer service for help.

                • Refunds can take 5-14 business days (up to 30 days) to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Original shipping fees and any insurance costs aren’t refundable unless the return is due to our error.
                • You can choose to get Atlantean Globals credits instead of a refund. These credits are faster, don’t expire, can’t be reversed once processed, can’t be cashed out, and can only be used on Atlantean Globals.
                • You might get an advanced refund after you drop off your return. If we don’t get the items, we might charge your original payment method. We decide on advanced refunds based on your shopping history.

                  After we send your refund, it may take your bank some time before it shows up in your account.


                  Crucial Reminder

                  • The address on your package from the sender is NOT for returns. Sending your return to this address may cause delays in processing. Please send returns only to the address on the return label that will be provided.
                  • Be careful not to include any items in your return package that you don’t want to return. If you mistakenly include an incorrect item, reach out to Customer Service. We can’t guarantee that incorrect items will be located and returned, and we don’t store or refund such items.
                  • As per the law, customers have warranty rights for a certain period after product delivery to claim a legal guarantee of conformity in case of defects or hidden flaws in the delivered products. For used goods, this warranty period may be shorter. If you’re beyond the 90-day window and face such an issue, please contact us or the Supplier’s Customer Service.
